I’m kind of tired of having to judge every drive-thru experience, but this one was actually smooth. The line moved fast, the staff was nice, and my Blizzard came out exactly right. No complaints from me.

Got my order fast. No waiting. No hassle. Happy with it

I ordered through dairyqueen.com for pickup, and overall it went okay. The menu was easy enough to browse, and adding things to my cart was straightforward. A few pages did load kind of slowly, and when I tried changing the size of my Blizzard, it took me back a couple times, which was a little frustrating, though it wasn’t the end of the world. Checkout worked fine, just not as smoothly as I’d hoped. My order was correct when I picked it up, so that definitely helped. I’d use it again, just probably not when I’m in a hurry.

The app is usable overall, but for some reason it feels slow at times. It still gets the job done, so I keep using it, but I do wish it ran a little smoother.

Ordered Dairy Queen and it just felt really good that everything showed up on time. The ice cream was still fine, not melted or anything, and the food was warm enough. I don’t know, it was just one of those deliveries where nothing weird happened and I was genuinely happy about it.

The food was fine overall, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but they forgot one of the toppings and gave me the wrong sauce. Not the end of the world or anything, just kind of annoying when I ordered online and thought I had everything picked out clearly.

Just a heads up for anyone trying not to overspend on fast food lately: Dairy Queen is still one of the better places for a quick meal that doesn’t feel like a total ripoff. I go there often when I want something easy and affordable. The chicken strip basket is actually filling, and the Blizzard sizes still feel fair for the price. Service can definitely depend on which location you go to, so be warned there, but most of the time my order is fresh and correct. Overall, it’s a good value if you want food and dessert without feeling like you wasted your money

I had a small issue with an online order on dairyqueen, and I’ll be honest, I don’t usually expect much from customer service. I figured I’d get some generic response or have to go back and forth for days. But they actually got back to me quickly, asked for the info they needed, and didn’t make the whole thing a hassle. They fixed it faster than I expected and were nice about it. Nothing dramatic, just solid help when I needed it. 5 stars from me.

The ice cream’s okay, but it’s kind of hit or miss for me. Sometimes the vanilla tastes creamy and really good, and other times it’s a little too sweet without much flavor. The Blizzards are definitely better with all the mix-ins, but the plain soft serve is average. It’s not bad, I just don’t find myself craving it all the time.

There’s a lot to choose from, so I haven’t gotten bored yet. Every time I think I’ve seen everything, I find something else to try, and it kind of keeps me coming back because..

I’ve ordered from dairyqueen.com a few times and it’s usually been easy. The Blizzards are always good, and most of the time my pickup order is ready when I get there. This last time, though, things were a little off and I kind of expected at least a quick apology for the wait. Still like the food, just wish the service had handled it better

The cake was ready when I got there, which was great because I was kind of in a rush. It tasted really good too—fresh, sweet, and just what we wanted. i was mostly relieved I didn’t have to wait around, and everyone ended up enjoying it...

I used a Dairy Queen coupon from the site for a Blizzard deal, and it was way easier than I expected. The code worked at checkout right away, no weird error messages or having to try five different versions of it. I appreciate that because some food coupons make you feel like you’re solving a puzzle just to save a couple bucks. Also, side note, I always forget how hard it is to pick a Blizzard flavor once I’m actually ordering. Anyway, the promo was easy to find, it worked fine, and I saved a little money, so I’m happy with it.

I ordered thinking it would be a standard-sized meal, but when it arrived, I was surprised by how much food there was. The portions were definitely bigger than I expected, which made it feel like a really good value.

DQ is okay, but it’s not always the same experience. Sometimes the Blizzards are loaded with toppings and mixed really well, and other times it’s like they barely got stirred at all... The burgers can be kind of different each visit too. Not terrible or anything, just one of those places where you never really know what you’re gonna get..

Stopped in for a Blizzard and, it hit the spot. The food was fine and the staff were friendly enough, even though they seemed busy. The only downside was that the store could’ve been cleaner. A few tables had crumbs and sticky spots, and the floor by the trash was looking a little rough. Nothing totally awful, but it definitely felt like it needed a quick wipe-down more often. Overall, not a bad visit, just a little more upkeep would make it much better
